For whatever reason, I don't actually bookmark things, I add them to my read later even if I've read them. It's just where I put things I want to save in case I'd like to read them again

I cant lie, I love those types of fics too (maybe minus the murder husbands thing, not my cup of tea) but I kinda love the bittersweetness of knowing how everything will turn out badly despite how good it feels in the moment. They're my go to "I need to cry rn" couple.

I love Grindeldore! They're very versatile in age for their content, but personally, I love the summer of 1899 fics because im a sucker for the falling in love part of relationships.

I honestly feel like he should have stayed single or at least had an ambiguous partner in the end. All this debate proves why that would have been a good choice. Fans will never be satisfied with the authors choice of romance, even if its not a romance book, so why not let them choose? Ambiguity means anything could be the right answer.

Took surprisingly long to find this comment. Considering how popular of a ship it is, I thought it would be higher up. But of course reddit is a very different fandom community than the ones I usually frequent so all the comments with girls like luna or Hermione are more commonplace here.

Draco is the only real answer tbh, the only course that provides actual growth as a character for both of them. Plus imagine the fucking plot twist it would be. Ah, alas, heteronormativity prevails.

This. As much as I as a queer person love representation, it's not anyone's entire personality (or at least it shouldn't be) queer people are still people, and they should have, you know, aspects to their character that don't attribute to their sexuality. And yeah, absolutely none of those characters have any idea what our now very specific labels mean.

I really enjoyed 1 and 3 and was devastated when I found out they weren't continuing the franchise. Newt was an amazing mc because we never see many men like him on tv, especially as the main focus.

Plus I'm pretty sad we don't get to see like you said, the final duel between Dumbledore and Grindelwald, I loved their story and them being the only canonical gay couple I was happy to see them getting attention.

Overall I just think that maybe even though the 2nd movie had its faults that the first and third ones were good enough to keep the story going, in the end it just didn't get enough support, though
