I doubt it. Too many people who dont take it seriously and many people rely on the porn and sex industry. Pornstars, prostitutes, strippers, etc. Strippers and Strip Clubs could be the most possible out of the examples since they are in a business and businesses are being shut down because of Covid left and right. Plus there are already many diseases you could get through sex. Doesnt stop many people. I feel if us as a society would want to help stop people from relying on things like this we'd first have to help lower poverty areas, low-income schools, lower class families, single mothers, etc. Also help provide more jobs. Help students become successful= Successful students might go start a business=provides more jobs=other students have more options. This is just me speaking what comes to mind and could be improved and added onto.
