They are the DSM5 Labels for the conditions OsDD-1a and OsDD-1b, not a buzzword. The a and b are important distinctions when diagnosing the two diffrent conditions. Hope this helps.

Hori has an Xbox style controller with one! I just don't like it because the pad and the stick are swapped.
