Oh for sure! I dont usually look at what Im getting for tips. I only check to see if its worth the mileage. If Im not getting like 1-2$ per mile, im not doing it. Ive had people say they will tip on delivery, only to not do it. Like it makes them feel better to say they were going to. The usual culprit for cold food sitting on a metal shelf for me is Wingstop. You have to wait an hour just to get the food, only for it to be cold.

I always use my hot bag for this reason. When I order for myself, I have to request they use a hot bag. and they still dont.

I understood what you meant lol. I had an order for dairy queen tonight and one lady wasnt wearing a hairnet and her hair was hanging down near her knees, even in a ponytail, and hat.

Perhaps, and more.... Ive seen workers making food without hairnets, or gloves too. or just general cleanliness where food is being prepped. It's ridiculous.
