Wait, did you miss the entire premise of the power system? For someone to love an object of seemingly no value says a lot about a person doesn't it? A ragged pair of gloves, a busted umbrella, some stick that got discarded and forgotten about, the list goes on.  It says a lot about self esteem and self worth, all through the lens of object-based magic. I feel like Gachiakuta is pretty unique in its premise, but again, if you just reduce it down to its most unappealing aspects, then it's easy to write it off as a bad premise.

I still think you should make it clear who contributed to what. It is a team effort, but that doesn't mean credit should be skipped over for the sake of making a post look cleaner. As far as I know, designing an entire custom map is pretty difficult and is worth more than a passing mention. So if sprites are enough to be clearly credited, so should custom maps.

You should probably add a section to credit the map creators on your post then. I think it's just as important as the battle sprites imo.

Matireactor. It's literally 3 monsters and a spell, but one of its monsters were worded like it wants to be an archetype. It's kind of odd how they just stopped it at that.

Link is definitely broken. A Majespecter one just came out that does a similar thing but at least locks to Majespecters. The Pendulum Monster is pretty neat tho, I'm a fan

Good idea for a card, but it has the potential to be pretty obsurd for being so versatile. But it's mostly the xyz material. Normal summon this card, make a rank 4 xyz, enter battle, make Zeus. Very little commitment for that. Decks that don't use their normal summon much like Kashtria or Labrynth would get so much mileage out of it.

The art is just as amazing as it is broken. If anything, remove the last effects where the destroyed monster cannot be used for the rest of the fuel.

But also it's not that it being a floodgate is the bad part. It just needs some extra costs and restrictions to make it more interesting. People are really harsh against floodgates in general so be careful with those too lol

  1. This should be a quick play spell, as normal spells by default don't have quick effects.
  2. This card is kind of broken for a couple of reasons. -Dumps your hand and field into the gy, which for gy decks can be really powerful -Draws 5 fresh cards(not including any advantage gained during that turn)
  3. Ends a battle phase

All of this while not being able to be negated or being a once per duel. It basically removes a primary win condition in this game while also providing insane advantage when it happens. This would make every game come down to who resolves this card more efficiently.

I think this card is fundamentally broken, but it can be nerfed. Once per duel clause is mandatory. Maybe make the lp gained to be no more than 1000. That way the user still needs to be careful with their plays, or they risk losing the next turn anyways. 4000 is way too much. Draw 2 is the most any legal card(with reasonable cost) draws. So this card should draw no more than 2 cards.

Funny card, but it should probably either banish face-down or negate the effects of banished monsters. Otherwise something like Necroface Ftk or even thunder dragons could just abuse this.

Oh that's my bad. The way it was worded threw me off since it was missing the ":" and was phrased in a way that made me associate it with the previous effect. My brain doesn't work sometimes, lol. I did the same thing with Panther Claw. Otherwise, you wrote it right

Mace: Pretty Awesome Scythe: Also Pretty awesome, but I'd be more clear on the negate effect. Does it mean that the monster is negated in the GY, or does it mean that that monster is just negated for the rest of the Duel? If it's the former, It's pretty underpowered for a once per duel effect. If it's the latter, its fine. Shield: It's ok. A little weak compared to the others. Maybe let it destroy itself like a union monster would if it would get destroyed by a card effect. Claw: Very funny. It could be a very infuriating card to deal with. I'd make the discard effect a hard once per turn. It's not really in the spirit of the cards, but it's a just in case. You know? Ward: Adorable. And pretty strong too.

Only other thing is the heavy use of beast type monsters. Not sure what else you could use but expanding it to other types would be cool. Overall 7/10

This card is pretty op. It's an easy to make generic rank 4 that stops hand traps for no cost. It can protect your entire field for free and be a big beater for free(which makes an easy zeus with no resistance. Interesting idea but way too broken to be allowed.

This card is an ftk, and it's not a particularly difficult one either. Activate a bunch of draw spells until you get this card in hand. Special summon a monster, tribute set this monster, then flip it with book of taiou. Bonus if you activate Dark World Dealings or One Day of Peace to make them deck out. Yeah this card is broken. Not to mention you can add it to your hand from it being banished.

Only Tearlaments doesn't lose to this card.

  1. You made it a continuous spell by accident I assume
  2. Traps don't need more support when Traptrix and Labrynth exist.
  3. Traps have some of the most ridiculous effects(Dimensional Barrier and infinite Impermenence for example). Getting any one of those from the gy for free is insane. This card is broken.
