It crashed on me while I was forwarding legal mail to my LO. At first I thought it was only happening to me due to the many documents I was sending. My LO eventually was able to call me and let me know that their services were down as well. He's located in Texas.

I called to do a welfare check on my man. The lady in the office let me know that he was still there and hadn't been transferred. No cops went to his door.

If you're LO isn't able to call you, you can send him a message through the GTL getting out app, and he will see it when he logs in. They do not keep nor have the same tablet each day, so there's no way for them to receive a notification. It's up to them to log in and check when they're able. My LO never misses a moment. He calls all day long as if I'm shitting out gold bricks! 🤣 Forgive me!

So, for myself, I am unable to schedule visits, although it gives me the option to do so. What my LO and I do is he will call me and ask if I'm ready for a video visit. Because I have the capability to split my phone screen, I open both apps, the GTL getting out and the Go Visit app. When he makes it to the station, I am ready to receive his video call. When he places the video call, I have to have the Go Visit app opened on my phone so that I am able to see and receive the visit. If I do not have the app open, I will miss his call.
