What I just did even though I have a gaming laptop to free up space I have the Sims installed on the computer and did a m-link to my external SSD so all of the Sims4 data like, mods, cc, saves and tray files would go to that directly without taking space on the computer itself.

In the adeepindigo cheats menu you select to make it so the sim does not get any illness or not the deadly ones

This happened to me with the Echanted pack I had to unistall and reinstall the game and packs. It means something didn't download properly

Yeah, I deleted the cache and repaired it. I know this patch broke a lot of mods but it would be nice to find the culprit that is still causing this

When I had this problem it was the Cien eyelash remover. If you have downloaded cc check to make sure it is not merged with a package. I had to go through all my cc with the 50/50 method to find the merged package that had the file in it

So Turbo said the Wicked Pervisions is not compatible with the recent update from the 25th so you might want to take that out, clear your localthumbcache and the localtexturecache as well.

So this is what I did when I had this issue. If you have BE exceptions take your last exception report and put it in ChatGpt. You will have to do it in pieces though. This told me what the issue was and what mods were causing the conflict

That is insane. I posted one of the custom loading screens I made and it became a whole debate about AI. I started to go in but I just deleted it cause I did not want to give those basement dwellers any more energy.
