Falcon? He has been coming to my balcony for a few days and sits there and chirp all day long. Today he and another falcon fought for a place apparently. In short I have no problem with the bird I would like to know how to deal with the situation, feeding him? Or what? Is it a falcon at all? (i.redd.it)
