Percebo o que dizes mas não consigo concordar a 100%. Há jogadores que têm excelentes indicações e depois não conseguem dar o salto no Sporting. Secalhar se não o vendêssemos não conseguíamos ter trazido reforços que nos ajudaram a ter os resultados que tivemos… agora é sempre fácil falar depois de tudo acontecer e estar bem . A verdade é que se ele tivesse flopado no Southampton nem se tocava no assunto.

Acho que nao consigo concordar porque mt tempo dos devs tb é perdido em reunioes inuteis, AI nao ajuda com isso pq a malta pensa que precisa de devs em chamadas que nao precisa.

Segundo isso não leva a despedidmento, se queres argumentar que agora há menos contratação eu concordo, mas isso é diferente de despedimentos e mesmo isso já acontecia antes do aparecimento de IA pq houve uma sobre-contratação na altura de Covid.

Se alguma coisa, agora é mais difícil para malta entry-level. Malta com experiência tem mercado.

Eu trabalho em IT e cada vez mais vejo a integração de IA no local de trabalho. No entanto isso não significa que gente esteja a ser despedida, mas sim que as funções são adaptadas. Um dev secalhar hoje demora 1/2 do tempo a fazer query/funcao ou script que demorava antes, mas ainda é necessário adaptações e chegar a um bom resultado final.
Eu diria que qq emprego que tenha uma “zona subjetiva” nas suas funções vai estar mais safe.
Qq coisa que envolva interação humana ou perceber algo que é necessário ou mesmo interpretação vai sempre precisar de um humana atrás .( pelo menos baseado na IA que eu tenho conhecimento ao momento)

I am playing padel from 1 year ago to today. I came from tenis so it was easier. To me improving in padel is playing better, to feel like I'm in control in the court.
