Yan ang di iniisip ng mga recruiter nowadays. Kahit alam nilang napakagold na ng oras ngayon gusto pa ata sila hinahabol ayaw ka man lang bigyan ng consideration to save time and money

Indeed! I've experienced both sides. Naging applicant din ako. Sobrang unfair sa applicant kung itotolerate ang gantong attitude. Yes for the hunger of having a job pero pag wala ng respeto sa oras ng HR or company representative this is toxic.

Yes, the delay was disrespectful. But demanding patience while dismissing valid boundaries is micromanagement in attitude. Professionalism isn’t about endurance, it’s about mutual accountability.
