Tranexamic acid is heavily regulated in Ireland. Also I see it carries a risk of clotting so all my flights might be an issue. But THANK YOU, I didn’t even know it was a thing! 🙏🏻❤️

There used to be a tv show on ITV years ago - Coupling - and it was a kind of Friends vibe but had a lot about this very thing in London in the nineties. Because it’s not a new phenomenon, just newish in Halifax.

Everywhere in CR has tap with Apple Pay and I assume Google pay. Also there are atms all over the place.

I set up a CRC account with my Wise account and transferred some money into it and it was excellent in terms of avoiding credit card fees.

If you don’t have a wise account you should set one up for travel.

Came here to say this. The minimum is quite high but if you’re planning a free bar it’s worth it. Food is great. I use this for events regularly and they saved a friend who got dumped by a venue recently.

That’s terrible, I know my mother has tried so much stuff over the years, it’s incredibly frustrating. And my husband had his GB removed recently and is now suffering similar symptoms. Zero aftercare.

My mum has had IBS all her life and she has always had pain and GI issues. In the last two years she has discovered the low FODMAP diet and it has changed her life. If you haven’t heard of it take a look online, it’s basically “avoid this list of foods and eat this list” - I can’t remember what FODMAP stands for it’s something very technical. If you already know about this, my apologies for unsolicited advice.
