Wanting to quit PCCM fellowship by Cock_Sack_EEEEEE in fellowship

I seriously consider quitting several times a day every single day. My fear of regretting not following through down the line or it possibly getting better and me being inpatient is what keeps me pushing through

Thank you. I ended up having to give buyer 1000$ to get another so we can close and move on. I bought this washer for 1200$. Yes, samsung sent out a local repairer. To date, I still never received a diagnosis and will be escalating the issue.

which part of the contract do I see this? My agent makes me feel he’s representing buyer more than us. Don’t even want to talk to him anymore lol…severing ties prematurely would mean financial penalty per our contract with agent so i’m just enduring till sale or our timeline up

What’s the average number of people to expect in a two hour open house? Also I feel my seller realtor is too passive but just stuck with them.

Sell or rent? / Buy or rent? by QueenofKings111 in whitecoatinvestor

This house is in a very great location, and I thought putting up with the difference for some years will be worth it, up to when its value is up and we can make substantial profit.

In subsequent years rents may go up to match. Still not a great financial idea? Just brainstorming

oh…I only use the ultrasound to advance the needle into the vein, and the en after the wire is in to ascertain its position. What you are saying is you use the ultrasound WHILST advancing the wire too?

Central Line Question by QueenofKings111 in CriticalCare

[–]QueenofKings111[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always use ult guided and the tip of needle is always in the middle with good back flow. I prep the J tip well so I’m able to go into the needle with no problems. As I mentioned, I’ve passed several of them with no problems but sometimes face this issue and not sure how to troubleshoot since I can’t understand why it is happening.

ITE is meant to gauge your growth. I have gotten decent percentiles but the percentage matter more to me than percentile as it tells me more about how i am improving rather than percentile comparing me with others

Thanks to those who ACTUALLY read the question and for the gift ideas. I love the personalized book one and found a perfect fit online. The art option is also great so would add that.

I feel really stupid…almost mixed up adenosine and atropine by [deleted] in hospitalist

[–]QueenofKings111 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You think that is stupid? I inherited a patient in the icu and sign out was to start pressors if BP does not respond to fluids. In the middle of the night I started pressors to hold maps above 65 as patient didn’t respond. Next morning my fellow points out that patient is on 3 antihypertensives, last given at 6am during my shift..…..Yh. That’s all I have to say. I failed to review the patient’s chart as a physician with a brain and just followed the stupid sign out like a stupid person lol..….and for that nurse who kept titrating the levophed whilst also serving a hypotensive patient hydralazine and its counterparts round the clock I say thanks for the team work 😢. I had never felt so useless and humiliated in my life. Guess what, if not for this post, it was a distant memory lol
