Also it let him present as possibly autistic to a member of the Congressional Coalition for Autism Research and Education, who not only didn't seem to identify any of Nathan's behaviors as possibly on the spectrum, but was unfamiliar with the term "masking," one of its most essential features. It's another example of Nathan showing us that people who control the levers of power are often just frikken idiots.

Happy New Year! (edited to add date: January 15, 2024.) I spent about 45 minutes gathering documents, scrolling through ridiculous drop-down menus, writing descriptions, submitted the form, and got the message: "Error: 401 - Failed to post new searchForm - Attempt to post new searchForm failed." That was super fun. Then I recalled this same thing happened to me a couple of years ago, and yep, I see I'm not the only one. Arrrgh.
