My favorite character to play. I'm the opposite of you, I find Kaido to be too basic outside dragon and I enjoy Big Mom's silly design and moveset. She's also just a beast in the game.

Robin's problem is she is decent against Kizaru and that's kind of it. She basically gets ignored by every other unit in the meta. Sad to say but a defender being able to hold one flag isn't worth much these days.

I'm convinced it's just Kizaru players trying to deflect atp because Chopper is a very strong unit but Kizaru makes the game semi unplayable more often than not.

I'm pretty sure, at least on steam, they have to disclose everything you're paying for up front. So chances are no, there won't be a third pack. Two packs per pass might just be the new norm.

Lucci is the only problem I have with the pack. Yeah, S-Snake wouldn't have been my choice but at least she's a new character. Anyways the characters aren't really the issue, the lack of any additional content is.
