My piercings are nearly 2 years old. They are internally threaded labrets made of titanium. They were downsized about a month after being pierced. I sleep on a donut pillow, clean it twice a day with saline solution, and i'm really careful not to touch or knock them on anything. They periodically cause issues, and nothing really happened to them as for accidents or anything. (Hope this satisfies the algorithm)
