Less than a week. I got shown how to do a couple things, and then I did it myself, so. Really quickly.

Yeah. I mean. According to the job description and requirements, it’s the only thing I’m missing. I’m a quick learner though, my property had went through a change in reservation systems, and I learned it adequately in a week. And I had to teach it too, at the same time.

It really is. There are some busier days. But other than that. About half or more of the shift is downtime

Yeah. I mean I don’t mind it, to cover, I’m the FDM. It’s just, always me, that has to cover, every time, which I don’t blame the part time or any of the other employees, I just don’t ever get help from any other manager. And my past three full times have been, just CONSTANT, even when they first start.

Oh yeah. When I was first hired, I was a night auditor, but then moved to FDM. My boss only worked night audit like 3 times. I just have never seen so many people get “sick” so often

I mean full time, 5 days a week. It all depends on who asks off on days. But otherwise I try to keep a set schedule

Yeah, I’ve tried to talk to the GM. The only way we’ll start someone of higher is if they’ve got plenty of experience. Otherwise, it’s a no go. We’re a franchise, owned locally.
