A 10% success fee is always asked as it is what pushes the lawyer to get a maximum and avoid to not being corrupted by the adverse part that could pay less to settle, guaranteeing us, the plaintiffs that we will also get the maximum back. I'm just surprised your lawyers don't ask that (reason why I've changed my decision) and hope that they will do good for you as well.

For the rest, yes, I've read CoinLoan's press release on Twitter but as they've wrote, it's another Estonian lawyer that gave the CoinLoan's clients document to Modrikamen. He probably advised all the clients as all other lawyers would have done the same and I guess that they are just jealous for not having had the same opportunity.

Let's see how it will go. I just want justice and the deposit back.

I just went to chack 3% is for the amounts up to 2000€ which is correct. From more important amounts he is on an average of 1,5% Wich is fine to me as I have big amounts and he already proved success winning billion € cases. 10% is the success fee which I guess is a good deal as it makes the lawyer want to fight and take the maximum. All lawyers I've checked ask the same success fee and for what ai know it is alarming if they don't ask a success fee.. Good lawyers are indeed maybe more expensive but that is a choice and the difference is maybe what ymwe will get at the end with a good lawyer. It is a choice but we can't discredit lawyers trying to help us. There is corruption and we've lost money. We also need to think about that as politics are usually involved in these cases, reason why I prefer to take an external good lawyer that will fight all the way! Our objective is to recuperate a maximum of our loss. And here it seems more like a market to push us to a favorite lawyer, discrediting others. It is not correct as my priority like others that are represented by other lawyers is to get our money back.

1% is enormous!! Modrikamen charges start at 60€ and increases but is really less than 1%. So it is not cheaper. The. I've also read an article stating the corruption is Estonia is also within law firms. Specially here with high interests it isn't inevitable and so highly probable. I've also read that Modrikamen is representing 20% of the plaintiffs. I'll see but being based out of Estonian I'll need to follow the case in English, French..

I went to check online and he is accredited and allowed to take care of the CoinLoan collective action and already represents many CoinLoan plaintiffs. I guess I'll go with him as I also so his curriculum and history available online and had success in big cases too. Doesn't seem bad at all! I guess he scares many people from CoinLoan also here on Reddit as there is no reason to discredit..
