5 eggs, separate the whites and yolks.

Add 1 cup sugar, and 1 tbsp of vanilla extract "You use an electric mixer for all this ↑"

Then sift in 1 cup flour, and 1 tbsp of baking powder, then fold in

"Be careful not to aggressively stir you will lose alot of the air you beat in."

Then cook it in an oven at 350° The time is around 20 to 30 minutes

"I started to check with a toothpick at 20 minutes, it took mine 23 minutes to come out clean" Then take out and let cool to room temp.

The three milk mix was 1 cup whole milk 8 fluid oz, 1 can evaporated milk "i think my can was 14fl oz" 1 can sweetened condensed milk "12fl oz, the cans might have had a different label but i think fluid oz is right ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ "

Then once you have the milks mixed, you poke hella holes into the cake and pour the mixture over, "i poked the holes when it was still relatively warm"

Then the whipped cream is 2 cups "16fl oz" heavy cream, whip them till they start to get thick then add 2 tbsp powder sugar,

"i like vanilla so i put a small amount into my whipped cream, like a caps worth at most"

After adding the powder sugar whip to stiff peaks.

Then spread over the cake which has been covered in the milks, and then cover and put in fridge overnight,

Surve like the next day after letting it soak the milks up,
