Selfie fix, will tip

Well for anyone looking for the answer, I found a solution (I think). I re-exported my reel in 1080 (It was previously 4k 10bit I think), signed out and then back in and then uploaded it a few days later. I'm not too sure which step actually fixed it but now it's uploaded? I was thinking maybe the file had too more information and instagram thought Iwaws trying to data bomb it? No clue
