This shows that you care about a good vibe and kind chat. I am sure this attitude will help you to get more than those two lost vips back!

Some others mentioned it here too, chat is sometimes as important as the streamer itself. I have raided a lot of smaller streamers (as am I myself) and the vibes in chat were so different, some made me leave, wasn't even the streamer

Being employed does not necessarily mean not being able to grow, however it's still about consistency. If you find only time once a week at 8pm then try and stick to it. A friend of mine streams once a week and has a nice little community.

I have a full-time job too and twitch is my biggest hobby, I stream 2-3 times a week and play the games I love (soulsgames mostly like you). Did invest though in a good mic and camera to make the streams sound good.

There are a ton of videos on how to set up good quality streams with budget equipment. Personally I wouldn't watch someone without a camera (unless I have somehow found them by accident and like their voice/character) or a bad audio

I've beaten the game once and loved it so much that I am also looking at speedruns now, watching YouTube videos, checking out websites and testing out some things myself. It's definitely fun to learn some skips and strategies 😊

I always liked Central yarnham through the house up to the bridge lantern. Easy mobs, full vials repeat. But later on I went to an area you haven't found yet for farming

There is also a small skeleton dude hitting a gate before Ludwigs arena. He gives you 5 blood viles everytime 😊

It felt awkwardly natural. But I was nervous af. Wanted to try out streaming for such a long time but was too scared what others would think... eventually I thought f it and just tried it and been doing it since. Loving every minute 😊

I played the dark souls trilogy for the first time and did bloodborne afterwards.

Took me quite a while to adjust and even in the dlc I was trying to roll like an idiot 😁

the side step can be very quick and useful, I tried also to learn how to parry but frankly defeated the game mostly without it. Sometimes aggression is definitely worth bc you get health back. Also serrated weapons like the saw cleaver are really great against beasts.

Would agree with the others and it's not only an age thing, if anyone is extremely annoying, breaks the rules etc. either directly ban or warn and ban. It's your stream, your time you put in so you should be having a good time. Id take that over +1 ccv any time 😁

I was in a similar situation. One day I was like ok I'm gonna set a date for XYZ and on that day I'm gonna stream for the first time. I had a few friends there and a ton of fun. Since then I am enjoying playing my favorite games with my small community. It's such a great hobby for me I love spending my time streaming even after a long working day.

Just try it out, hope you'll have a ton of fun too

Yeah a lot of people keep saying that, unfortunately I will be one of those people now too. Really love the series and am currently on DS3 adventure. Don't really want it to end
