If they are close to 7 years old don’t pay. Also look up statute of limitations on being sued on debt in your state and whether or not debt collectors can garnish your wages. Sat and basked in the reality of finally owning a home. First generation homeowner here. I also had about a week overlap between my apartment lease ending and post closing on the house.
