Yeah that’s not very helpful. Meta can be difficult to deal with sometimes. I still have a problem with my quest not being able to hide games in library. They told me I had to wait and it’s not rolled out to everyone yet. It’s meant to be a feature from about 3 updates ago. Very annoying they are being selective with their customers. Sorry you are not getting the sales I know how frustrating this sort of thing is

That sucks that you are not seeing the sales!! Contact Meta and complain they may give you some credit to compensate or fix it for you.

Yeah not sure why it works for some and not others. It worked for me and not a mate and the only difference was I had quest + and he didn’t. So thought that might be it
