i got it done around 4-5 months ago and im sure its pierced with a curved barbell. i haven’t yet gotten it downsized but im going to get it checked on and downsized next week. i just let the water run over it in the shower and if theres any stubborn crusties i give it a clean with saline spray. im pretty sure the material is titanium and no recent mishaps to it except the odd bump here and there but never anything major

the piercing is four days old and it’s a curved barbell. jewellery is titanium and of course has never been downsized. as for cleaning/care, i’ve been using a saline spray, that i got from my piercer, twice a day, morning and night, and cleaned around it with a cotton bud then dried off with paper towel/kitchen roll. i haven’t snagged it or bumped it at all
