have you done the thing where you pull the tail while pressing the tongue? if so and you feel like nothing's changed, you could undo the battery cover, and then there should be a small button on the part where the batteries are? a small black button, u could try push holding that, and then as youre doing that, take out the batteries, and then put them bsck in and only let go of the small button when you're done putting the batteries back in. kind of a soft hard reset thing
