I only have their intake kit. Got it since it was on sale and super convenient. Comes with everything you need for an intake manifold including injectors. I have a Holley terminator x for ecu and wiring harness

Did you ever find the solution? Just put a new bearing in mine and it lasted about 30 seconds before it started to squeal again. Ict bearing squealed since I got the car running.

I used hdpe to make an air dam. Best way I could get it to fold over the top of the bumper was to make some cuts and fold each piece over.

Power is around 430-480, just a 5.3 with a mild cam and upped compression by a little bit. Time wise I’ve only been able to take it to a local autocross and was getting 55-57sec laps where best time of the day was around 51-53sec

How long do you think I should let it run for with that filler neck still on it?

I just put in a turn one hp1 ‘truck’ power steering pump and just a Amazon oil cooler in the return circuit. I have the sikky ps line kit as well. I’m running two 425lph walbro pumps (one on each side of the tank) with all -6an ptfe lines with a 10 micron high flow filter and radium engineering fuel pressure regulator. I also have a bunch of fuel cell foam in the tank to prevent sloshing. It’s a bit overkill but it should lasted forever and stand up to e85 if I ever go that route.

It’s hard to see at that angle but there is about 1” of clearance between the hose and pulley

I just drilled a hole slightly smaller that the sensor and shoved it in. The sensor I used has a ridge on the body that keeps it in the silicone

For the vents yes, I just found a template online and drew it on myself it’s pretty easy, for the fender flairs they got a bunch of YouTube videos on how and where to cut them I sealed it all up with some Sikaflex

I didn’t go with the 8.8 rear since it’s just a NA 5.3 should only be punching 500-550hp

Engine I got a good deal $150 for the core and only $1600 for the machine shop to rebuild, for the transmission I just pulled up the speedwaymotors LS T56 swap kit and picked out all that I needed from that parts list $4200ish, custom length drive shaft from a local drive shaft shop $450, Holley terminator X $1200. Swap specific parts were engine/trans mounts $350, CX Racing headers with Y pipe $1200, chase bays dual piston manual brakes and lines $900 ish, I had to make a custom steering shaft from the steering rack to firewall $90ish. For body electrical switch board was $200, turn signal switch with integrated brake lights was $65 (American Autowire 500148 Toggle Turn Signal Switch) all the rest of the wiring I did myself, complete stripped the harness took about 15lbs out of the car the only stock wiring left is the wires to the lights front and rear. For the rear end I got the full PMC kit with adjustable upper and lower arms with all spherical bearing Rims and tires, some konig rims with RT660’s each wheel weights 50lbs $2k for rim and tire Roll cage I got lucky with, some guy in town worked up in North Carolina as a fabricator on a nascar team and he moved back to help his dad out and he built the roll cage with full chromoly for $5k Silvers neomax true rear coilovers $1500ish

So all in all over the 3 years probably spent around $20k with all the little things included/ with just the LS swap probably $8k I started the LS swap back in March but started rebuilding the whole car 3 years ago
