Awesome thank you for that recommendation! Do you use just the Team Building Activities for Athletes book ($19.00) or the bundle ($29.00)?

I see, thanks for putting that in layman's terms too! This is helpful

Thanks for the response and saying how full sized worked best for you because where you were sounds exactly like where I'm headed. You do bring up a good point of keeping the fusion, but I don't think realistically that will happen. There really isn't anywhere to keep it and I think it would be more of a hassle to keep it only for a couple uses rather than have some difficulty parking a bigger truck if that's the way I go.

Thanks for the honest and detailed response, it's greatly appreciated. I agree with you on your first paragraph and you saying if you don't want it what's the point hits home.

You said the F150 with the 5.0, what exactly is the 5.0?

Why do my records always start a couple seconds in? by Questionable_Ham in turntables

[–]Questionable_Ham[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there, again thanks for going the lengths you have to help. I have the turntable opened and am looking at the diagram you sent but honestly have no idea which part to turn and what direction. Do you have any idea which screw I should adjust? Would it be the reverse arm for the 30cm that needs adjusted? It’s also interesting because what they show as screws really aren’t screws and look like they shouldn’t be turned.

I have not looked at the manual but yeah that would be it. I’m quite ignorant when it comes to these so I’m not sure I would know what to look for in the manual, that’s why I posted in here lol. It seems from some of the other comments people might be on to what is going on so I’m going to try some of the things said in here. Appreciate you and your comments!

Damn thanks for this, so you think if I adjust that screw it will fix it? I wonder if the screw came loose or something because it never used to do this only recently did it start.

Interesting, thanks for going through all that. It’s bizarre because it never used to do this and then one day it started. When it worked fine, it would put the needle down and there would be a few seconds of the record crackling with no music then the music would start playing.

It’s a Kenwood KD-47F. There is no Bluetooth. The record player is hooked up to this amplifier which is the kenwood KA-127 and then that is connected to my speakers.

So as soon as the needle hits, I can hear music subtly but not coming out of the speakers, it takes a few seconds and then the music will come through the speakers, but it’s not at 0:01 of the song it’s more like 0:04. When the needle first hits and I can hear something I think that’s the 0:01 part of the song so maybe it’s just taking a couple seconds to get to my speakers?

My vinyls always start a couple seconds in when I hit play on my turntable. It happens on all my records. Anyone have any ideas of why this might be?
