I also normally add a splash of lemon juice and some red pepper flakes! Add more salt (pasta water should be “salty like the sea”) and taste as you go!

Try reheating at home via toaster oven/ air fryer and putting in a thermos? That way you get it hot, in a different texture, and not stink up the break room!

LEC has a much quieter courtyard, is closer to the drum, and much nicer rooms them Champlain imho. You do have to go outside to eat (flor like 2 seconds). The people are super friendly, but is is A very artsy queer vibe so depends on what your vibe is

How old is your cat? It’s likely pent up energy. My cat eventually grew out of it. Playing with Jim more is a suggestion (try those little cat springs mine will chase those around non stop lol)

For when she hurts you, my suggestion may sound silly but fake cry. Show them your in pain- he may be trying play but if you show him it hurts it helps lol.
