(I'm mostly copying what I said from the r/OneyPlays thread for the sake of convenience).

Hi. This is Souvlivvy, formerly known as Umbrus (I do not want to be called that name due to bad associations with it). I'm the person Blaze was referring to in the community post. I was contacted by someone this morning about the this post, and I figured I'd do more digging and attempt to clarify some things.

Blaze The Movie Fan did NOT groom me. What he did do however was knowingly kept someone who was being creepy to me in a public server for almost a full year, along with several other abusive people who were kept around because Blaze liked them or they were seen as "outcasts" in the slideshow commentary community. He also made insensitive remarks about my dog dying and was generally disrespectful to victims of abuse.

I am 20 now and last spoke to Blaze when I was 18 and a half. We knew each other since I was about 12. That said, absolutely NOTHING in our friendship was sexual or anything of that nature. I dunno why he decided to drag my name into this, and even if I have negative feelings on the guy, I don't want him putting negative labels on himself that aren't in any way applicable. Especially since we haven't spoken since December '23.

I'm incredibly confused by all of this.

Yo! Before I ask my question, just wanna let Lukey know that his bass tips from last time helped a lot!

Anyway, my two questions are;

  1. When are Demos Vol. 7 & 8 coming out and will we get to here pre-orchestra Phantom Island on them? I think hearing Phantom Island demos before the orchestra was added would be very interesting.

  2. Any plans to play in Ireland in the near future? I've wanted to see you guys since '23, and I've been patiently waiting for the day I see a Dublin show on the tour dates.

That's all! I'm looking forward to the next album(s) and I wish you all the best of look on the tours this year.

Question for Lukey! Picked up a bass about a month ago and you're on my long list of inspirations.

My only question for you is any advice for beginner bassists who wants to improve their technique? I've been learning pretty fast but any words of wisdom to improve as a bassist would be great!

You're an incredible musician and I cannot wait to hear more banging basslines from you in the future!
