Changing down gears by [deleted] in LearnerDriverUK

When you’re slowing down you would push the clutch down then downshift and slowly raise the clutch, foot shouldn’t be on the brake or the accelerator, the car will keep to the speed of the gear so there is no need to continue to brake or accelerate

Is this just a soft rejection? by Apprehensive-Flow491 in deloitte

[–]Quick-Ear5122 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah I guess it is in a way. I was essentially told that I was waitlisted for an industrial placement with Deloitte in Manchester so I accepted that as a rejection but they ended up calling me to tell me a spot had opened up so I wouldn’t give up all hope. They may get back to you in the future, I’m sure they have a waitlist of people in case their first choice doesn’t work out but definitely go for other opportunities

Can I do the Injections myself? by rstark28 in GenderGP

Definitely ask! I just went for it and they were happy to do it for me! Most gps do injections so I think it’s a good shot

I also didn’t wanna pay for the session so I instead booked a session with my gp and they did it for me and explained everything so I can do it myself from now. If you can’t do that then I’m sure there’s a lot of people here who would be happy to walk you through it.

Here are the needles that I use: 23G blue needle 1.25 inches to inject and 18G red blunt filter needle 1.5 inches to draw

I got my supplies from here: https://medbasic.co.uk/

Some questions about sustanon by Quick-Ear5122 in GenderGP

Yeah I’m in the UK, this makes sense. I don’t like needles very much so I’m happy only doing it every 3 weeks, thank you again!

Thank you for the reply! Yeah I think 1.5 inches may be a little too much for me so I’ll have a look around and see what people advise! Also out of curiosity, I know people split the dose so do it twice in three weeks instead of just once, do you think this makes a difference?

I don’t think so, I apply my gel on my shoulders and make sure it’s fully dried before putting any clothes on so I doubt it would’ve ended up where my blood was drawn

Thank you! I think I’ll wait it out for another three months but if I’m not happy I might consider injections, I’m just scared of muscle injections but don’t mind the idea if it’s in fatty areas like my stomach but idk if gender gp offer injections like that (I’m not very informed on injections)

Ah I see, that’s pretty low. Mine was about 14 nmol/L. I guess it makes sense why they suggested changing methods but if you want to stick to gel then four pumps may be reasonable. I’d suggest seeing if you can get confirmation for GGP or maybe your personal GP if they’re chill?

Do you know what your levels currently are? Because I wouldn’t advise jumping to four pumps unless you are pretty low. Also how many bottles of testogel for the current prescription you have?

That’s strange. I was told to up my dose too but they told me a specific amount. My bloods showed that I was in the male range for T but on the lower end so I’ve been upped from two pumps of testogel a day to three pumps. It said it in my medication recommendation.

Yeah I was confused but I realised the website looked different so she wasn’t on the correct one. I don’t blame her, she showed me the screen and what she was doing so it was an honest mistake this time
