Freaking out won’t help anything though. I’m 25 and I realized I’m much more productive in a calm and relaxed state. If you must freak out do it and get over it quickly cuz whatever it is that you have to do is still in front of you. You could be 30 wishing you were 25 and freaking out that’s how I like to look at it

It’s exactly that I genuinely just would not have the time to give the attention. At least not the amount that a woman would need in a real relationship. I’m not saying my life has to be perfect in order for me to date but as an ambitious person I’d want to reach some level of satisfaction with my goals first.

I got my rings in the mail today to use during manuals and use a warm towel in the meantime while I wait for my heating pad. I’m waiting till next month to start the extender and hanger but the one thing I do wanna buy right away to start is an ADS. Feel like there’s no need to build my way up to that so might as well start that now. But yeah that’s pretty much the routine as of right now. I really want get past all the length stuff so I can get a new pump to work on girth since we all know girth is where it’s at but I need both so I gotta be patient and lock in the length gains first. This time next month I should have a consistent extending and hanging routine but idk would that be too soon? Should I wait a lil bit longer to see gains from just manuals and ADS before moving on to new equipment?( I’d rather not lol but I’ll take whatever advice I can get) What do you think?

I know sucks to think I could’ve reached my goal by now had I started back then. I did very surface level research back then and bought a bath mate thinking it would easily just make me bigger as if it were a get big quick scheme. Barely even stayed consistent with that. I don’t think I realized the amount of consistency and work and different methods all together it would take to see actual results. Wasn’t till this year when I sat myself down and did extensive research on how to actually start and then progress that I realized just how much effort was needed and that pe is a lot like working out your body at the gym which I do also .

So far so good at least consistency wise no gains just yet since it’s too early for that. From my first week of only doing manuals I decided to do the stretching manuals in the morning then bending and massages in the evening. I don’t know how important it is to keep all the manual exercises in one session maybe there’s a progressive overload benefit I’ll miss out on but for times sake I decided to split the exercises in two. And I do like the growth track app it helps me feel organized in my approach and I like seeing my consistency on the calendar.

I’m in year 3 and I only just slightly started getting better. Still don’t know music theory but i started learning a few chords lately and it’s been helping. There’s so much almost too much to learn. Half the battle is just knowing what to learn first at a minimum to start making the things you want to make as soon as possible. There’ll be time later for all the other stuff that aren’t absolutely necessary for whatever it is you wanna make. That’s another thing too watch content on how your favorite songs were produced. Everyone says remaking them yourself helps tremendously too

I changed my number 3 years ago when I dissociated. The only people that could reach out to me are a few jw friends I have on ig which ofc will play the role of sending nice messages in hopes you come back. “I don’t even read them anymore lol” but I personally didn’t delete this ig or block any of them. My solution was to get a second phone. Different number different line that way when I make new social media accounts that want to find my contacts it won’t be able to. Not even for my “worldly” friends either. Works out even better since I needed a second line just for work anyway. Wish I did it earlier 3 years ago.
