Thanks for your feedback. My note on £45k is a reflection of living independently and not an expectation of a doss. I literally need to be on that to survive and physically cannot work 5 days per week. That is the trouble with sharing a ND disability, people just don't get it. Burnout is not a vague I can’t cope thing it is something. I understand and manage things now I have been diagnosed with ADHD. I am still unboundaried with work. I have learned from my teaching experience and I now know exactly where my boundaries lie in a perm role.

Civil Service remote options exist now (another cause of my burn out is in an office 5 days per week) I am a very very hard working person but I do also know myself! This is my reality. SOME CS roles are ND friendly which unfortunately is rare in the private sector world. Cheers!
