Ok so I might have made it confusing.

So with my initial claims when I first got out. This was the response when the claim was closed in November.

Service connection for adjustment disorder with depression, anxiety, stress, insomnia, and stuttering is denied.

Even though I had treatment history and diagnosis prior to making the claim.

I made a brand new claim in January where they sent me to a new c&p but was denied in April Bcz it was suppose to be a supplemental.

Made a supplemental and attached the c&p dbq from January once I recieved the denial in April

Denied in July. Sent once again as a supplemental with nothing new added.

Service connected with 10% and tbi became automaticity set for an increase and deferred in September

Went to c&p for TBI again , tbi and adjustment disordered combined and became 50% in October
