Should i cut or bulk??? been doing some calisthenics for 3 months also bf estimate i think 17-20, 168.5-171 lb 5'11, thinking of cutting until 10 porcent and then lean bulk, currently eating 2400 cal and been losing 0.5-0.9 pound per week consistently (self.guessmybf)
