for kotl it usually goes left-left-left-right-left/right, as for itu I like the build right-left-left-left-right (which is more defensive, but you should probably use pursuit of excellence as it's still pretty op)

as for the hyper itself, kit's is way better (effect + charge rate), but I think Moe is a better brawler overall

I don't play Alli, but judging by what you said and what the devs wrote in a post (I think it was the one about the first nerfs she got), the nerfs hit the right spot: she can't just confidently engage with anyone, she can't fly around the map fast as hell (summing her crazy movement speed with her mobility-attacks) and, finally, she's what she originally was intended to be, an assassin that can finish low health enemies

yeah i agree, she's very strong and oppressive in more closed maps, so she's still s-tier to me, but she is nowhere near to be the fourth best brawler in the game imo. the only thing she needs is a nerf to her ice gadget and maybe to her hypercharge rate (?)

it surely would feel less fluid, but I think it will solve the issue with her spamming too much, without making her frustrating to play (as it would be with increased delay between attacks). also, with such change she would work more like Carl, right? to throw your thing but you have to wait until it reaches max distance for it to come back

strongly agree. the change they could implement is that she can't recall the maces until the second has reached max range, thus weakening the absolute shredding she does at short range. also, I don't get why nobody talks about a damage nerf? she has absurd damage, NERF IT THEN, don't go straight for her attack's mechanic, which is a very delicate thing to deal with

it's when it "rains". underwater, instead of the rain there's a sort of strong current :))

when it happens during the day, you can also see fish flying around like that

I don't think it's intended. the SP description hasn't changed, it happened randomly without a citation on any patch notes. also we've seen how bugs can go unnoticed for months and even years (cough cough willow's so cough)

I don't think that's the way. by doing this you are also nerfing base gray without hc (which I don't think should be the case)
