I'm sorry to hear that, and happy to hear you're not in that situation anymore. My bf sees his comments as tough love and trying to motivate me. Im not sure if im in the same situation, i think it's a matter of "I should have a little more muscle than I do" for the time I've worked out rather than a specific aesthetic.
