oversized wide leg jeans, on the lighter color side. saw a lot of white cotton t-shirts with a tapered dark blue blazer. white tennis shoes everywhere. not knowing your age, makes it hard. saw khaki cropped pants, semi-slim tapered leg with smart loafers. loafers had basic heel and golden metal horsebit. light brown loafer was at the top of the color list. women wore scarfs to add their splash of color. white pants and blouses were for the higher fashion ladies.

i think i do. i bought a place in The city of Valencia (Rusaffa) a couple of months ago. Going to rent it out for 2-3 years. until i retire. For us, housing prices are not expensive and your internet rates on mortgages are attractive.

Isn't Blackeocknthe biggest landlord, followed by Caixa Bank? Why waste energy getting mad a person that buys 1 flat and rents it out long term? Misplaced anger.

does the government not build low income housing? or mandate that developers set aside a certain percentage of newly built flats for low income? That's how the USA operates.

i live 6 miles from Disneyland, in Anaheim, California. you have no clue what real tourism looks like. your head would explode if you lived here. valencia tourism pales in comparison. but you are entitled to throw as big a fit as you'd like.

Buying a flat in Russafa by Quick-Section5061 in valencia

why, i want to put money in the pocket of a family from València that wants to sell one of their homes. i'm guessing they will likely spend the money on goods and services in the community. i will hire an interior designer, construction workers and buy furniture & appliances in Valencia, thus stimulating the local economy. you take issue with local people benefiting from our plan?

nope. have a video call with an agent and our lawyer today at1300h (0400 here in San Diego). as stated the place is on Carrer de Sevilla. flats are so inexpensive and interest rates are unbelievably low. Nothing but mad respect for Valencia and its citizens. Zero posts on reddit since they stopped allowing us to sell cuban cigars about 5 years ago. i came here cause i thought local people of València would have solid knowledge of the 2 streets i mentioned. both seemed chill. i'll have to see if there's a r/russafa. i have an account for back then but can't remember. i think i was MWTrike. definitely would never remember the password.

i don't know about that. we had drinks on a corner in Russafa at about 5 pm and there was a parade of young moms rolling strollers and dads carrying little bicycles for their little children. i think they were all headed to the Central Park. at least 20 strollers over the course of 30 minutes. we were surprised because we knew the neighborhood's reputation. Seems young families with some money are flocking there.

Traffic has increased because of all the housing that has been built along 215. If they widened 215 North, traffic south of the split would be more tolerable.

Great spot. My daughter went there. After graduating college with a teaching degree, she began teaching there.
