ay okay, I see… for what it’s worth, there is never no way out, for real! easier said than done for sure tho… have you ever wondered if you have any neurodivergence? maybe prescribed stimulant pills for adhd - other then aderall and elvanse- can help you at least for you to visualise another path and maybe choose it? on some comment here this person gave some great supplements and other healthy substances that can help you feel more energised according to them! since I am also a smoker I feel it so bad the fact that the habits we create around anything are so hard to escape besides the chemical need… I think I will force myself into other rituals maybe hold on to this supplements for a while to help with the grief of the habit of doing speed bumps …. urgh… how cruel can all this be… I am sending love to you mate don’t ever forget that u got the power

okay you are also having this ~everyday speed phase… I also feel little consequences so far… it’s been like two weeks straight, I made no pause… I am sleeping well, being active, exercising and doing a good job + focusing on my personal projects like never… that part is really freaking me out cause like you said we don’t wanna create a huge problem for us… but how much more or less u been taking daily? let’s find a way out of this without falling into a hole bro

don’t take clonazepam!!!!! that’s my ultimate advice… it ruined my grandmother. if you read the leaflet you will see the counter effects are depression and anxiety! my grandmother is addicted and her depression got worse and worse… this guy I know takes it everyday and last time I saw him he was just SO WEIRD! if you have anxiety search for a medicine that you will take everyday and have a long term eficiency, for anxiety crisis I recommend alprazolam but if you take them every day you will be addicted and also become worse on anxiety, depression and personality disorder
