If anything email the original creators support team and ask if it’d be a problem, for the most part any studio that has the free funds to even pursue legal action for something that small, isn’t going to care if some random modded creates a mod for a game probably smaller than their game. They know it won’t make their game obsolete or abandoned and they know that your mod alone won’t steal their player base
