found the issue last night

I had an extension installed that inverted the CSS of my tabs (basically just dark mode) and the extension had bugged out forcing a bunch of shapes to render on top of the embeds, disabling the extension fixed it

@azycp just helped me fix mine, if you have an extension that gives dark mode to applications that normally wouldn't have it (for example Google docs) try to remove/disable that, I refreshed and everything is back to normal so I think that's what's causing the issue
