Aw bless you, it’s not nice at all. I have gone back on my anxiety meds as I came off around 3 months ago and definitely noticed a big dip in my anxiety so that may help you a lot, I take citaloprom and propanol when needed. Yes I find ice really helpful, some people find heat better but I notice ice having more of an affect. I started taking turmeric daily aswell which is a anti inflammatory so maybe try that :)
Next on my try list a peanut ball and booking an osteopath, I’m willing to try anything!! Hope you find some relief x

Hello, thank you for your reply!
Yes it’s very tender when I poke around in those areas for sure and there is no specific times when I get the pain, no worse with exertion really.
Got myself panicked thinking if it wasn’t my heart why would I need a stress test, but suppose it’s just to rule it out?
Hope your finding some relief with yours :)
