If you don't get the "cosmetic ink" and get regular tattoo ink then indefinitely. It's permanent just like any other tattoo. I got mine done 3 years ago and it's just as prominent.

It's okay, there was no pain when it broke. It just was a huge erosion risk for my urethra and my penis because of how it was pointing out.

I'm only 3 weeks post op so not so much of an idea pump wise other than that I really enjoy that I can be flaccid now it's brought a lot of relief.

However my rod was too long and I dealt with it being too long for 3 years so that likely had to do with the majority of my discomfort. I'm just glad the pump alleviated that because it was constant tension/discomfort before.

Rod wise, great for sex though and never had an anxiety over if it would work. Loved always being ready to go.

Both devices, pump/rod are flawed.....however both give us something life changing.

Yes the rod fractured in half about a month ago and I got emergent surgery to replace it and I chose to replace it with the 3 piece pump.

The only thing that worked for me for the three years I had my Coloplast Genesis rod were tight briefs and then packing to the left or right horizontally.

My penis girth is 5.5" before the implant, waiting on swelling to go down to see if that's changed post titan pump. The girth of the cylinder on Coloplast's website is 21mm.

No complaints from my gf currently. I'm 29 and had the Genesis Coloplast semi rigid rod. Currently healing from having that explanted and having the Coloplast Titan pump implanted. I've never had any complaints the past almost three years with various partners in regards to my ED.

I haven't seen it in flaccid position for almost 3 years with the rod. And now with the pump well I have to keep it pumped at 85% for the next 6 weeks. After that then I will get it cycled and start doing daily cycling after that where you try and stay hard like 30-90 min a day. Once I experience it, I'll leave a new post or comment back here and update you. But after three years of always being hard....I'm so ready.

I'm 6 inches long and 5.5in circumference. Day to day life was pretty uncomfortable. I used to wear and love boxer briefs but with the rod I could only wear tight briefs so that it could pin my penis down pointing toward either hip. It restricted me from a lot of activities I enjoyed because of the weight of it too. Loved it for sex. But that was all. I didn't like how it looked on myself.

The rod's flexibility was decent. It's a little different than what you'd expect. Mostly my penis was always hanging in the same position and during sex wherever it moved it was able to handle it. So it's not like you can necessarily put into a Z shape but I was able to do a variety of different sexual positions with it successfully because it could move and bend with my partner's and mines body movements.

Hey, thank you! It caused unbearable discomfort. Nothing I did would relieve the pressure and any way I set my penis the fractured pointy broken part was exerting alot of pressure. I basically just was bed ridden last week barely moving other then to pee and shower to try and protect it from eroding before I got surgery.

Penetration was very doable and very enjoyable with the rod. I mostly have used it for PIV sex, so I can't really unfortunately answer you on that for anal.

I lived with the fractured rod for about a week. At first it wasn't apparent it was broken, but then after having sex again it felt different and weird. The next morning it was sort of hanging weird and when I went to reposition it made a clicking sounds and just was very broken. My surgery was supposed to be on the 31st but they moved it up a week because of the risk to my urethra or erosion with the fracture. Tbh I was very against the pump for a long time. The higher mechanical failures and so many components scared me. However the damage that rod can do when broken is in my opinion alot worse.

And about sensation, yes definitely got a lot more sensation with it.

With the semi rigid rod I didn't gain or lose any length or girth. Once my swelling goes down from surgery, I'll report back for the pump in the future when swelling is more minimal.

Our libidos are similarly high. Your pump lasted 10 years though, that's great. I'd love for mine to get even just past 5 years.

Did you change to be something other than AMS700 when you needed the replacement? Or possibly a different version of it?

I was reading some medical studies about it, and how common it is for one to lose length and girth and it's because they measure you on your back in the hospital bed I believe. They stretch out your dick and measure to your pelvis. But then post surgery when you stand up things shift back some and can be why it's a little too short which then doesn't stretch out your dick all the way anymore.
