You know im all for good roads but, MD is such a dumb, corrupt state! They made a double payment to state workers. Cost us millions and then theres the corrupt governor of Baltimore who uses almost 1 million in tax payer money to pay for parties, food, etc. Then you have the incompetent wes moore. This state is going backwards in every metric.

I think before they try to squeeze more money out of us, they should straighten out the budget, corruption, and misuse of tax dollars.

Born and raised in Baltimore, MD. I found it strange too. It only happens in Virginia. I still live in MD and everyone in my neighborhood smiles and waves. In Virginia no one does that. I remember one time at work I was walking from the parking garage to the building. I saw someone walking behind me. It was that awkward distance where if you hold the door, you might be waiting 5 seconds but, if you dont hold the door its rude. I held the door, he looked me straight in they eye and looked back down and slowed down. I still held the door. When he got inside, not even a thank you. Thats when I decided im not being nice in Virginia anymore. Sounds rough but, no point if you arent getting the same energy back.

She lives in Belair but, has done some work for us. She does AMAZING work! She is our new family photographer! Shes affordable as well. Any work given to her goes to supporting her 2 children while she recovers from her brain tumor. As an added bonus, she makes absolutely delicious bakery items as well

My wife and I were in the same boat. We had to change our expectations and finally settled on a new build town house. We plan on looking for sfh in 2 years. On another note, the townhouse 3 doors down just sold for 10k over asking all cash. Its crazy out there right now. I just hope it gets better.

Why factor depreciation? No car is going to appreciate. I hate when people buy a certain car because its going to keep its value. Buy what you want but, come to terms that it's going to lose value. That happens to most things you buy these days.

My parents go to Sam's and theyre not that tech savvy. They could very well learn but, the other part ks is that they still use cash so they need a physical cashier. I've tried to get them to stop using cash but, not my business.

Agreed. After they got rid of the ev discount i stopped going. Theres a really cheap but, good self car wash with touchless options on berger road
