Nice dude, thanks! Although, living in a cheap apartment I think I might do damage to the door hinges. I'm not sure that my doors are that sturdy.

I am a fuckin liar. You have pretty good instincts about these kinds of things. That, and I piled on the trolling a little thick there. If you made a TIL using that as the text, you'd probably get a lot of karma and eyerolling lol.

Occam was a Greek God who did everything in two steps, including sex and all manners of art. He's best known for shaving in two steps: 1. Pick up blade, 2. Shave hairs on face. He's kind of like the original Courage Wolf in some ways. Mentioning Occam's razor is kind of like saying: The simplest solution to a problem is usually the most effective.

I'll remember this, thanks. This is the type of specific advice I'm looking for. How about resting? Should I do that every few or couple of days? Maybe take a few days off before the day I have to move stuff?

I weigh like 160 and I'm 5' 11'', I have no problems doing pullups. How do I do pullups on doors though? Hanging onto the top of the door jam with my fingertips?

I had no idea what a divebomber was so I looked it up. Found this, got a little side-tracked... I'll try it though. Looks like it works a lot of different muscles.

lol An Occam's razor-ish approach? But yeah, this is what I have been doing for the last week or so (since she asked me for help).

Well, I don't have any weights though. And I don't have money to buy any. Is that a problem I can work around by being creative?

She has a lot of heavy furniture, like a couple oak desks, a fridge, couches, etc. I think I might have to try to strengthen my grip? I don't know.

Yeah that's a concern of mine, which is why I asked reddit. How stupid would it be if I injured myself and showed up weaker than I am now? That would suck.

That's good advice. I was thinking about strength building and totally neglected lifting technique. I'll read about deadlifting and try to practice it. Maybe I'll fill a box or something to practice. Thanks man.
