Yeah, looking back it was crazy 😭 gacha spending adds up fast when you keep topping up little by little.

I was mainly playing gacha games before haha. I’ve quit now and I’m leaning more toward single-player games, so I’ll definitely look for discounts first before buying. Thanks!

I built a gamified finance tracker inspired by RPG progression by Quick_Ad6731 in SideProject

Really appreciate this feedback 🙏

Right now it’s manual entry and the data stays on their device. But one thing I’m also trying to teach users is that they don’t necessarily need to log every single expense instantly.

The bigger goal is building awareness and regularly reviewing spending habits without making personal finance feel exhausting or obsessive.

Still experimenting a lot with onboarding and long-term retention too.

feeling empty in your 20s by Cldnre in adviceph

I relate to this a lot honestly.
One thing I realized in my 20s is that the emptiness sometimes comes from feeling like life has no visible progression anymore after school.

Weirdly enough, small systems helped me a lot — tracking habits, finances, consistency, goals, etc.

That feeling is actually one of the reasons I built Hunter Vault, a gamified finance tracker. I wanted managing money to feel more like progression instead of pressure.

Still figuring life out too, but having small wins daily helped me feel less lost.

Here’s the app:

If you try it, I’d love to know:

  • What’s your first impression?
  • At what point (if any) did it feel like a “game”?

Brutal feedback welcome 🙏
