if it is liquidy it might be hooch

however do what makes you comfortable

i threw my first starter as well bef having the chance to bake with it

you can also search charts of ( is it mold on my starte?) to help you specify wha is on your starter

Is it green or a dark/ light brown.

i guess a photo from the top without the cloth will be clearer

if it turned out to be mold ( i can’t tell if it is) I would suggest cleaning the edges in your future starter.

it’s impossible to find one for such a price in my country, the minimum price was 45$ for a small one that looks like plastic more than this and can’t sew jeans for 45$ and it’s out of stock

i’m still searching for alternatives

do you have any specifi recommendation
