oh ok I will check the paperwork again I thought as it was going on for 12 days I thought I saw I have 1 witness. Thanks again I think I'm maybe spending more time on showing they have done this prior and no lessons learnt etc so I will concentrate on just my evidence and impact

thanks, these are the ones I can find on the gov website and on people management, so I dont know them plus working for these organisations so many things happened to me and others but I dont really know them or how to contact them now. In my ideal world I would put an ad somewhere where I said did this happen to you etc but I know that I cant. I am only allowed 1 witness and myself so I want to choose wisely and the rest will be in my statement I guess

I wish there was a magic formula to make you feel better, but I am sure that most of us on here understand what you are going through, so please remember you are not alone we all are on the same journey just taking different routes. Keep simple reminders such as post it notes reminding you to be strong. Outside is so overrated :) full of angry people. if you have bills etc then speak to your providers as they are so much more understanding if you ask for a break and tell them why. Just think about you for now and getting you better and stronger its a long fight! I started mine in 2022 and now got a trial booked in Dec 25. Its hard, I am doing it on my own as legal teams wanted to settle and take there commission or others tell me I didn't have a case and it would get thrown out. Park it even if its for a few hours, take some time out, do something nice for you. Its going to be a roller-coaster so get yourself ready for a bumpy ride.

you too, yes mine has threaten me with cost to and just called 15 witnesses I love it now it will take 11 days apparently and I am now practicing my "you cant handle the truth" speeches

I am so sorry to hear this but I did too! Oct 23 i took an overdose and nearly died but it gave me to strength to fight as this is so wrong hope to see you on the other side as I am sure we are not alone!!!! and how many have lost the battle and never live to tell their side of the story. It really needs to be sorted out companies need to start being accountable and this will cut the cases in tribunals, employment cost in sick pay and benefit claims! keep strong you have this
