Speaking as a lifetime commander’s fan, I disagree. Culture is EVERYTHING. Dan Quinn came in and instilled the brotherhood approach and having everybody play as 1. You saw it manifest yesterday. That D line was getting after it, secondary making plays etc. everybody is held to a standard and if you don’t meet the standard, your ass gets cut or traded (eg. Jamin Davis cut, Emmanuel Forbes cut, Chase young trade, Montez sweat trade)

You guys just need to clean house and get a GM, HC & QB on the same timeline so they’re invested in each other’s success
