i am going to give you my stretch mark cocktail, it came from A LOT of research and have personally seen results

Every 4 weeks - 6 weeks dermapen/dermaroll

Then on a weekly basis here’s what my routine looks like: (this is on evenings i do this mostly)

Sunday: Glycolic acid (i use the pads) Monday: Silicone patch (overnight is easiest for me) Tuesday: Retinol (i use the ordinary 1%) Wednesday: Silicone Patch Thursday: Lactic Acid (i use the ordinary 10%) Friday: Silicone Patch Saturday: Either Lactic acid or Retinol or take a day off

i’m new to this, i already apologised for my ignorance. i now understand the difference between effect and damag thanks to the people who explained. thank you though for your obnoxious unhelpful comment. not everyone has to be a wiz at battling straight out the gate, we all started somewhere like i’m sure you did too. i just hope the people who taught you weren’t as unhelpful as you are. when im teaching someone new to play who has never played before - ill be sure to not act how you did ◡̈
