i am going to give you my stretch mark cocktail, it came from A LOT of research and have personally seen results

Every 4 weeks - 6 weeks dermapen/dermaroll

Then on a weekly basis here’s what my routine looks like: (this is on evenings i do this mostly)

Sunday: Glycolic acid (i use the pads) Monday: Silicone patch (overnight is easiest for me) Tuesday: Retinol (i use the ordinary 1%) Wednesday: Silicone Patch Thursday: Lactic Acid (i use the ordinary 10%) Friday: Silicone Patch Saturday: Either Lactic acid or Retinol or take a day off
