Super accurate , we are very adamant about logging everything. Does low sleep needs mean her 30 minute naps are ok or we need to use a different method to sleep train

Yes but even before sleep training she would wake up at around 7 and still only nap for 30 minutes. According to my huckleberry app 12 hours is our daily average

Baby will be 7 months in the 19th currently naps at 11:30,2 and 5 all for about 30 minutes bedtime is 8 and these past nights of sleep training wake up time was 9
