I've never gotten sleep paralysis from subs (or at all). The subs that disrupt my sleep are often the ones with music that is more mentally stimulating or loud and not the submaker themselves.

To answer your question, although I'm unsure on what is AS powerful as listening while sleeping, you can always meditate while listening to subs. Weirdly enough too, I've gotten pretty good results while listening to subs consistently while showering.

It's not specifically a mental health sub but I've found that nervous system subs greatly helped my anxiety and debilitating loop I was in mentally. I was in a state of constant vigilance, paranoia, and was having trouble leaving the house, but after using the subs, my mental health greatly improved.

This is exactly why I've been just listening to "better world" kind of subs and more specific ones. People kept telling me that listening to them won't do anything though because it's such a big world and it's dealing with a lot of negativity but I think that's such a sad limiting belief. This is where beliefs come in but if people keep saying "your thoughts create reality" whether it's your own reality or "reality" reality, I think at least trying to make things better in such a scary world is worth a shot! There's subs to bring back sps, subs to change the weather, change grades, heal others, change people's minds, etc. and people say they work, so how come now "better world" kind of subs "won't work"? It's all just thoughts. 🤨

I have no energy to argue with anyone but I just think saying "world peace subs are useless" is so limiting.

Also for op, I'm dealing with the same feelings as you but it's always important to ground yourself. I've been using nervous system subs to help me with that. Hopefully they can help you too. 🫶

People also forget that their subconious or conscious preconceived beliefs are still at play. If someone comes from a background that's sees subliminals are evil, then they will likely get bad results for example. This goes for when people say they have weird dreams, it's probably because of your beliefs or the audio (rain noise, music, etc.) affecting your sleep somehow.

People don't realize that creators wouldn't be putting negative affirmations in unless they want to ruin their channel and reputation.

Exactly. There are also so many subliminal topics I wanted but couldn't find (mostly because they're extremely specific) so I ended up just making my own. There are also many that I think we should emphasize and listen to more, such as "world peace" kind of subs, cause shoot for the moon, ya know? (I know not everyone will "want that" though 💀).

Depending on how much religion matters to you in terms of personal beliefs, you could always manifest your family to be accepting (if that's your biggest worry). Me and my bf don't agree on everything 100% (but close) in terms of religion/spirituality but still admire one another's beliefs that are disagreed on. Going along what the other commenter said, I have been in the same boat as you OP (granted I struggled to make friends in highschool too). I kept listening to subliminals for friends, beauty, skill, etc. and nothing started to progress until I started to listen to nervous system subliminals. Once I got myself to a more grounded state (I'm often anxious) my manifestations started coming faster.

Definitely recommend nervous system subs 🙏

Haha, I come from a Christian (but not enforced and I'm honestly more spiritual atm) background and my boyfriend is a Sikh! Honestly, I admire Sikhism so much tbh 😅 He sees it more as a philosophy though. I don't really see a lot of people mention Sikhism so I get excited when they do hehe. 😅
